The Ministerial Intervention is a 1-hour intensive workshop that provides in-depth analysis into the assessment of matters that may brough to the attention of the Minister for Immigration under the Ministerial Intervention powers.
The Workshop is intended to provide Registered Migration Agents (RMA professionals) and Lawyers with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the process and requirements and advise clients confidently on the how to prepare and manage matters at the Ministerial Intervention stage.
