Course materials are sourced directly from the Migration Act 1958, Migration Regulations 1994 and Department Procedures Advice Manual (PAM), all organised for ease of reference.

LENA HUNG – PRINCIPAL CPD PRESENTER AND FACILITATOR
Lena Hung is the principal facilitator and presenter for Enriched Migration Training CPD programs. She is the Principal of Lena Hung and Associates and is an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist based in Melbourne.
Lena is passionately involved in the migration and legal communities and presently holds the current positions:

• 2025 – 2026 Treasurer – Federal Dispute Resolution Section Executive – Law Council of Australia (LCA)
• 2019 – 2025 Co-Chair of the LIV Administrative Law and Human Rights Section
• 2022 – 2023, 2026 Chair of LIV Accredited Specialisation Immigration Law Advisory Committee
• Member of Law Council of Australia’s Migration Law Committee
• Member of LIV Migration Law Committee
Lena has over 20 years of expertise in Immigration Law and has extensive experience in presenting CPD seminars and workshops.
Lena has been awarded the Law Institute of Victoria’s President’s Award for Outstanding Service in 2021 for her dedication and hard work in various LIV committees including the Migration Law Committee and advancing the cause of migration law practitioners. Lena has also been recognised by her peers as Best Lawyers in Australia in Immigration Law for every year since 2021. In Decemeber 2025, she became a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Company Directors Course (GAICD).
KEAT LOW – CPD PRESENTER
Keat Low is a Senior Associate Lawyer of Lena Hung and Associates with over 15 years of experience in migration law. She graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. Keat also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and was admitted to practice in 2010.
Keat is experienced in all areas of immigration law, and has a passion for family related immigration matters such as Partner, Parent, Dependent Relative, Carer and Child Visas and resolving Family Violence issues for visa applicants. Her expertise also extends to Student Visas, Business Visas including Sponsorship, Employer Nomination, Business Innovation and Investment, Visitor Visas, Skilled Migration Visas, Resident Return and Citizenship applications as well as applications for Ministerial Intervention.
DENNIS SHEN – CPD PRESENTER
Dennis is a senior associate and LIV Accredited Specialist in Immigration lawyer practising at Lena Hung & Associates. He has practised immigration law for over 15 years. Dennis has a wealth of experience in all aspects of immigration law and has a particular interest in complicated cases such as visa cancellations, MOC waivers, character matters and merits review. He has represented clients in the Federal Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Austalia as well as the Migration, Protection and General jurisdictions of the Administrative Review Tribunal.
Dennis is member of LIV Administrative Law and Human Rights Section, and committee member of the Migration Law Committee. He is also a developer and presenter for the OMARA approved CPD provider Enriched Migration Training and has taught and mentored hundreds of lawyers and registered migration agents in migration practice. He has also been invited to present for other legal education providers such as Leo Cussen Centre for Law and the Law Institute of Victoria.
