Resident Return Visas (Guidebook & Quiz)

This is a Category B – CPD Activity for Migration Agents. OMARA Activity Number DN525.

Resident Return visas are important visas to allow a person to travel to and from or remain in Australia as a Permanent Resident. This course is a self-paced, distant learning course designed for Registered Migration Agents and Lawyers. Materials are downloadable in PDF format.

For Registered Migration Agents (RMA):

Participants must complete the 12 question Quiz, and answer at least 9 questions correctly in order to be eligible for the award of 1 CPD – Category B points for OMARA. 

After successfully completing the Quiz, RMAs must declare that they have completed the Quiz independently, by submitting the declaration form. CPD points will be reported to OMARA within 14 days of declaration.

For Lawyers

Lawyers are not required to complete the Quiz, but may do so as a learning tool. No CPD points for lawyers will be awarded in this course. Lawyers may consider attending other courses to claim CPD points.
